HYROX is an endurance race combining running with repeated functional strength stations. Successful performance requires a large aerobic engine, high levels of strength endurance, and smart race execution. This is the philosophy of our Hyrox Coaching programmes, that have helped over 100 athletes qualify for the HYROX World Championships.

Meet Your Coach

WDM Coaching was founded by Aaron Woodman, a coach with nearly two decades of experience in endurance and strength training. After representing Northern Ireland Masters in cross country and running a 2:24 marathon, Aaron now specialises in HYROX performance coaching and has helped over 100 athletes qualify for the HYROX World Championships.
