Unlike generic plans, this programme is tailored to your current fitness levels, including your 1RM strength, running paces, and erg abilities. Every interval, lift, and meter on the ski, row, or bike is set to your numbers, not someone else’s.
The programme also includes target streams that you can select to focus on your specific weaknesses.

Podium programme
The Podium Programme gives you a structured, progressive HYROX system with built-in target streams you can select from to attack your specific weaknesses. Each stream focuses on a particular station, allowing you to build real, measurable improvements where you need them most, while still developing aerobic threshold and aerobic endurance so your overall HYROX performance continues to rise.
The programme also includes a dedicated 5-week peaking phase to prepare you for your A race of the year. This should only be used once or twice per season, so when you do peak, you actually peak.
